  • 3 easy exercises that can be done in sitting or in lying - to heighten your breathing and feel what is really going on when we breath.

Segment 4 - Freeing the "Neck & Spine"

  • Learn to 'wake up' the whole spine in order to free the neck
  • Often we overuse our neck as we turn, look up, and even when we raise/reach out our arms. Learn how to distribute the effort more equally throughout the spine, so the small neck muscles don't have to work so hard.
