Do I need to be athletic or have exercise experience to start?

No! These videos are designed to Teach or Re-Train your Brain to learn NEW patterns of movement - so no brute strength, athletic ability or prior exercise experience required.

What if I’m already injured?

These exercises are designed to be incredibly gentle and pain-free - you can even begin by simply watching & imagining the exercises. This "mental practice" activates the same brain pathways as physical movement, allowing you to learn the pattern without forcing, or creating pain. It's safe, effective, and especially helpful if you're recovering from an injury or managing a condition.

How long before I feel results?


Some participants notice improvements within the first few videos; others benefit from repeating the exercise a few times, particularity if they're working through past injuries.

Hi! I’m Leanne Scott, a Certified Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement® Practitioner, professional dancer, choreographer, co-owner of MOVE Therapies clinic,
wife, and proud mother to Callum Tate, my son with special needs - the absolute joy of my life.

My journey with movement and healing began in an unexpected and challenging way. At 17, I suffered a serious accident that detached my quad muscle from my pelvis. I spent my senior year in the hospital, where doctors were able to reattach my leg. While I regained mobility, the impact of the injury stayed with me. By my 30's I was living with constant, debilitating pain—a 9 out of 10 most days—and was told I’d likely need a wheelchair (again!) in the near future.

Life took another turn when my son Callum was born with special needs. We knew he would need extra support, and we began searching for ways to help him grow, learn and thrive. That’s when we were introduced to the Anat Baniel Method (ABM). Initially, my focus was entirely on Callum, but as I began the Practitioner Training Program, something remarkable happened—I started to heal, too.

Through the gentle, brain-based movements of ABM, I was able to rewire old patterns of movement and release the chronic pain I had lived with for so long.

Today, at 56, I am completely out of pain, defying every prognosis that said I’d end up in a wheelchair.

Now, I dedicate my life to helping others experience their own transformations. Whether it’s children, adults, or anyone facing physical or neurological challenges, I’m passionate about sharing this powerful work and showing what’s possible when we tap into the brain’s ability to change and heal.
